Located at 1422 William Street, near Commercial Drive in Vancouver's Grandview-Woodlands area, PL1422 features a well-equipped Studio with mezzanine and sprung floor, a Rumpus Room for common assembly, as well as a light-duty workshop, kitchen facilities and production storage.

PL1422 has an assortment of affordable sound and lighting equipment available to the theatre and arts community. The equipment available is perfect for smaller productions. The prices are set in order to make the equipment accessible to emerging artists and projects with limited budgets.
